Doodler’s Art Club draws inspiration from the Museum and Gallery collections, using a different theme each month to get creative and have fun.
Discover the beauty of the natural world and create artworks inspired by pattern, shape, symmetry, and camouflage. This session will use a range of prompts and doodling activities to encourage children to practice mark making, use imagination in drawing and notice the small details in our world.
Want to stay for longer? With our outdoor pattern hunt and nature journal, children can explore the Manor House Gardens and practice observational drawing in their own time.
- Saturday 30th May, 2pm – 4pm
- In the extension at the rear of Alfred East Gallery
- FREE, no booking required.
- All materials and instructions for the activities are provided.
You can join in the activities or doodle your own thing – Doodler’s Art Club is for everyone. Come and join us.
