Kettering’s hugely popular one-day festival is back, celebrating the best of local music, arts, and culture.
The town centre transforms into a hub of creativity as live performances return to our streets. As part of Kettering Town Council’s eclectic programme showcasing local talent, the Manor House Gardens will once again join the festivities, with poetry, comedy, and theatre taking centre stage.

Inspired by James Fitton’s January Pantomime, we’re recreating his artwork as a walk-in art installation. Experience this lithograph from the Gallery’s collection as never before, stepping into the art as actors from Laugh Out Loud Theatre Company bring this anarchic scene to life.

Part of a series of artworks created during World War II, a nationwide initiative to boost morale and bring culture and art to those most affected by war. The goal was to bring “the best to as many people as we can, to cheer them on to better times”, and the team from Alfred East Gallery are delighted to share Fitton’s art in this unique and memorable way.
Feeling inspired by January Pantomime? Alongside craft activities, we’re also offering the chance to paint your own mini-canvas. Alfred East Gallery reopens later this year and your finished mini-artworks will become part of a new community exhibition on opening day. See your art hanging on the walls of Kettering’s newly restored art gallery.
